What types of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept Paypal only. However, you do not need to have a Paypal account to send payment via Paypal. When you click ‘place order’ at the end of checkout, you will be directed to Paypal to make payment. You will see on the lower left screen “Don’t have a Paypal account?” with a button. You will be able to use credit or debit card to pay.

Shipping cost is too expensive!! Do you combine invoice for shipping discount on multiple purchases?
Yes, I do. Currently the checkout cannot combine shipping cost due to various weights and dimensions of items. Please inquire about combined shipping cost before purchase. If you are in hurry to get your items, please go ahead and pay the full shipping cost first. I always refund the excessive shipping cost when I ship out the items.

How often do you ship?
We ship everyday Monday thru Saturday. Your purchased items will be shipped out within 2 business days upon receiving cleared payment (usually the very next business day). And you will receive a shipment notification. If there’s a delivery delay, We will also send an email to buyers to inform the delayed delivery.

Do you charge a handling fee?
Yes I do. Each item’s shipping cost includes a small handling fee to cover packing materials and service.

Then exactly how much a small handling fee is included in the shipping cost?
It all depends on how much time and packing materials are required to pack items. FYI, handling fee for most combined invoice is something like $0.45 ~$2.00, it all really depends on order size.

How about insurance?
Yes, certainly! We offer insurance for all purchased items, and it is the buyers choice should they feel the need of it. We use Third-Party insurance, so no one will know your precious package is insured. Please message us if you need a shipping insurance.

I received a wrong item! There’s something wrong with the item!
Please contact me ASAP so I can fix the problem. It is my best interest to make sure buyers are happy with their items.

Where can I see only Hello Kitty items, Disney items or Pucca items?
They are all spread out among the categories. To view only Hello Kitty items, just type HELLO KITTY into the store search and it will bring out all the Hello Kitty items regardless store categories. The same goes with Disney items and Pucca items.

Do you have Store Specials?
I occasionally throw in little extras with multiple item purchases (4+ items). Buyers with order worth $20+ will also receive a very cute surprise gift from me.
